The author of three leading nationwide treatises on conflicts and disqualification, in 1995 Mr. Flamm opened what was (and continues to be) the only firm in the nation that is devoted exclusively to providing consultation and/or expert witness testimony with respect to matters involving conflicts of interest and/or disqualification of attorneys, judges, and others. Mr. Flamm has been retained as a consultant on these topics by numerous solo practitioners and small firms, as well as by several of the nation’s most prominent law firms and Fortune 500 corporations.
