Shipping & Returns
At Banks and Jordan book orders are typically filled within 48 hours of receipt. Unless the book has been purchased online payment must be made by check remitted to Banks and Jordan Law Publishing Co., P.O. Box 7651, Berkeley, CA 94707, within 30 days of receipt. Except for online purchases we no longer accept credit card payments; however, as an alternative, payment can be made by Paypal (using the email address rflamm@gmail.com).

Books are customarily shipped by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, with delivery confirmation (which allows us to track shipments for up to 6 months). The customary shipping and handling charge for a single hardbound treatise or supplement is $14.85. The shipping and handling charge for a hardbound treatise and accompanying supplement is $19.85.

Books may also be shipped by Federal Express, if the customer so requests and provides a Fed Ex account number to which shipping costs may be billed. In the event a customer requests Fed Ex delivery a flat handling charge of $7.00 is added to the invoice.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Banks and Jordan any book that has been ordered can be returned for full credit as long as it is properly packaged and returned in good condition within 30 days of purchase.
