DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Banks & Jordan ordinarily ships books by Priority Mail (with Delivery Confirmation). The shipping and handling charge is $9.00 for each book ordered. Delivery typically takes about 3 business days. Expedited delivery by Express Mail is available for $19.00 for the first book, and $9.00 for each additional book.
- Delivery by FedEx or UPS is available with a purchaser-provided account number
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For shipments outside of the United States and its territories, Banks & Jordan ordinarily uses Global Priority Mail (with Delivery Confirmation). The shipping and handling charge – which includes preparation of the requisite customs documents – is typically $25.00 for each book ordered, but may be higher for certain countries. International delivery typically takes about 4-6 business days. (Expedited international delivery may also be available)
- Delivery by an international air courier is available with a purchaser-provided account number.
Payment by international purchasers may be made by any check or money order that is negotiable in the United States, or by wiring funds directly to Banks & Jordan.
SALES TAX:
California residents (only) must add 8.25% sales tax.
RETURNS:
Any Banks & Jordan product may be returned for full credit,
as long as it returned in good condition within 30 days
of receipt. Returns should be sent to "Returns," Banks &
Jordan Law Publishing Company, 750 Vincente Avenue, Berkeley,
